Payments

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Here at Glass & Thread Jewelry Co., many of our items are handmade to order. For most items, you can expect a manufacturing time of 3-4 days. Other items will have manufacturing times listed (this does not apply to commissioned or custom work). We typically ship with USPS or UPS, always choosing the cheapest rate for our customers. We usually ship orders within 48 hours of manufacturing completion, and depending on the most effective shipping option, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.
