Are products made to order?
Yes! Most items will ship within 5 business days after the order has been received. All customized items are made to order to your unique specifications. Bulk orders will take longer to process, but the team at Glass & Thread will communicate throughout the process!
What are your products made of?
At Glass & Thread Jewelry Co., we are proud to design our jewelry with the finest genuine Czech and Japanese glass, as well as Austrian crystal. Other materials, such as resin, acrylic, and polymer clay are also used. See listings for exact material content.
Do you accept bulk or large orders?
We are able to accommodate large orders, such as party favors or matching gifts, with advanced notice (30+ days). Please contact us via email or our contact form to send an inquiry. Please note that most products are made to order. At this time we do not fulfil wholesale orders.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. Unfortunately at this time, we are only able to ship to the United States. We appologize for the inconvenience.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, returns are not accepted. However, replacements and store credit for damaged items are available at the owner's discretion. No refunds on custom orders.
